1. The shipping will be sent after sending a confirmation by email with the format ( name / city / destination bank / total transfer)
2. The order will be sent within 1 – 2 days after ordering, depend on the availability of the product. If there are products that are not available at the moment, it will be confirmed directly.

Return of Products:

1. We are just responsible for any damaged products caused by the factory production errors, so that we will replace them with the similar ones.
2. We have a packaging standard that ensure the safety of the ordered products. But we are not responsible for any damaged products caused by the carelessness of the expedition.
3. The claim of any damaged products is accepted at least 1 X 24 hours after the order is received.
